Ingredients
1 cup converted rice
1/4 cup olive oil
2 bouillon cubes
2 cups water
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp Gourmet seasoning
1 small tomato chopped
2 Tbsp chopped bell pepper
2 Tbsp chopped onions

Fry rice in oil until golden brown.
Add water and bouillon cubes.
Cover and boil 15 minutes.
Add seasonings and vegetables. Stir. Cover and simmer 5 more minutes or until rice is dry.
