Ingredients
Enchiladas:
Flour Tortillas
Shredded cheddar cheese
1 Finely chopped onion (optional)
Gravy:
6 Tbsp. oil
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp Gourmet seasoning
3 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 quart water

Enchiladas:
Dip Tortillas in hot oil for a few seconds Just long enough to moisten. Fill each tortilla with 1 Tbsp. Enchilada gravy and 1 Tbsp. Cheese. Roll and place in a 13 x 9 pan. Cover with remaining gravy and top with cheese. Warm in 350 degree oven.
Gravy:
Mix flour and oil in fry pan. Cook over med. High heat until light brown. Add water & seasoning. Cook and stir until thick.
